In his debut novel, Paul retells the story of the birth of Christianity with a sci-fi twist. When the Deusi discover Earth, an experiment to create a single deity, the ‘Moses Experiment’, begins and proves only partially successful. They return fifteen hundred years later to try again.
Professor Yiler, a renowned theologian, and Dr Nowlett, an eminent scientist, are instructed to lead a small team to resume the experiment. Following on from where they left off at the time of the Old Testament, the Deusi team begin to shape the lives of unsuspecting humans. However, political tension far beyond Earth soon impacts their work. Does the objective of the Deusi leaders justify the sacrifices being made? Is the experiment merely a small piece in a much broader plan?
